Conditions for Returns

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that;

- The goods were purchased within the last 30 days

- The goods are in the original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above return conditions.

Returning Goods

To initiate a return, please visit our returns portal.

Details on how to complete your return and the address you should return it to are available once you visit our Returns Portal.  Please note; You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

Once we receive your return we will process within 7 days, typically returns are processed within 2 days.  The table below outlines further details.
