Depending how your order was sent, you can track it by visiting our order tracking page. Simply input your order number and email and the page will provide you with an update on it's whereabouts and also an estimated delivery date.

If your order is sent via 1st Class Post then tracking is not available.

Some of our orders are sent directly from our distributors who are located in Europe and Asia.  These orders are all sent with Royal Mail tracking numbers which you will be notified of by email or SMS.  Delivery of these orders take anywhere between 7-12 days and very occasionally, a little longer.

If your order has still not been received after 16 days and it is past your estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will investigate this for you.

The majority of our orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Post.
