Once you have placed your order, it's check and then sent to our warehouse within 24 hours.  Our warehouse colleagues will pick and pack your order, it's then despatched by 1st Class Post.  From placement of your order to delivery is typically 2-4 days.  During busy periods or Royal Mail strikes, please allow a few extra days.

When selecting your preferred model of iPhone, the image on this page doesn't change (only used for visual purposes) but you will receive the case for your model iPhone.  The cut outs on the case are precise to your model including the camera holes on the back of the phone, giving you the highest level of protection.

We offer the simplest of return processes. All you'll need to do is visit our returns portal and have your order number and email address to hand. Once you locate your order, you can very quickly organise a return and send your case back to us. You can choose how you return your case to us, you can send it via a 2nd Class post (large letter) which currently costs £1.05. Some customers prefer to send it back to us recorded delivery, this is your choice.

In most cases, yes.  We currently stock 75% of products here in the UK so we're able to fulfill orders of 2 items or more together, on occasions you may receive part deliveries.
